There is no magic to **The Method**
I use The Method quite a lot in my fishing, and I’m also partial to a bit of ‘normal’ ground bait feeder fishing too, but what’s the difference? Not a lot as far as I can tell; within any ground bait, there may be brown crumb, maize meal, soya or semolina product as a carrier for other items such as hemp, nuts and a variety of seeds, so what makes a ground bait into a Method mix?? Basically, the addition of extra ‘binder’ materials which produces a much ‘stickier’ base mix and not much else!
Does The Method have to be a complicated mixture to make it work properly? The answer is no, it doesn’t and what follows is my standard mix for waters during summer when the fish are feeding hard and confident around my feeder.....
