We have had another very busy month at Pallatrax HQ with a couple of ‘Cover Stars’ to increase brand awareness.

Luca de Michele’s perch which featured in the newsletter last month made it onto the front of much respected Angler’s Mail, and another youngster, Jack Shurety, made the cover of Carp-Talk with a cracking carp and excellent catch report! Jack’s fish also won the top prize in Young Star of the Month sponsored by Wychwood which netted him some great prizes too.

Pallatrax products have also seen publication in a variety of other arenas with Andy Edwards again leading the way. Andy has been tearing apart the Linch Hill complex with a combination of clever angling and top quality Jungle baits which are accounting for a huge number of fish around the country. Highlight this month was a stunning fish of 42lbs 8ozs which fell to a single 10mm Jungle ‘squab’; surely an indication of the effectiveness of this particular bait?! The big fish is the latest in a string of 30lbs+ carp for Andy from the venue which is a notoriously tough nut to crack....Andy has featured in both Carp-Talk and Angler’s Mail with his captures this month.

Over at Farrier’s Lake on the Carp Society’s Horseshoe complex, Pallatrax bait manager Tim Mountjoy has been using his favourite Crustacean Cocktail baits to bank carp to 35lbs+.
